ASAP - A LIGHTWEIGHT TOOL FOR AGILE PLANNING

ASAP (a spin off product from University of Southern Denmark) is a lightweight tool for agile project planning. Project planning in agile teams is a collaborative process relying on face-to-face communication and shared information to succeed. ASAP supports these features by mimicking physical card based planning while having the support of relevant auto generated views and various options for distribution of plans.

The simple and intuitive interaction with ASAP through drag and drop, single clicks, and simple menus makes it easy to adopt for any organization. Furthermore, the integration with well known planning tools having different focus areas (e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, JIRA, etc.) means that ASAP can be used in planning sessions requiring a high degree of creativity and brainstorming; afterwards the result can be exported easily.
